Timothy Kilty

Founder, Investor Relations

Tim Kilty is an investor and currently manages investor relations for real estate syndications. With a background in corporate accounting and over a decade of real estate experience, Tim has held executive positions with national firms managing multi-million-dollar development projects in both San Francisco and Hawaii. His expertise in financial analysis, project management, and networking, has given him the specific skills needed to help individuals acquire, manage, and invest income-producing properties. He enjoys educating others on multi-family investing, while offering access to wealth building real investment opportunities. When Tim isn't connecting with brokers, underwriting deals, or helping potential investors, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and three boys.

Gino Barbaro

Co-Founder Jake&Gino

Gino Barbaro owned and operated a restaurant for over twenty years before transitioning full-time into Multifamily real estate. He’s been investing in real estate for over 15 years and grown his multifamily portfolio to over 1600 units with his partners, totaling $225,000,000 in assets under management. His passion lies in running the client relations for Rand Partners, along with underwriting deals and exploring new opportunities in the national market. He has also created a real estate education company called Jake & Gino, written two best-selling books, one in real estate and one in cooking, co-hosts the number one multifamily podcast on iTunes, and empowers individuals to take control of their lives through his coaching business. Gino is a graduate of Fairfield University and IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). He currently lives in Florida with his wife and six children.

Mike Taravella

CPA, Asset Mgr. & Investor

Mike Taravella, CPA, graduated from Michigan State University in 2014 with a Master of Science in Accounting. He has worked 5 years professionally in accounting. He started at Ernst & Young in public accounting and then transitioned into Detroit’s startup community at Rock Ventures. He began his real estate investing career in 2016 by owning and self-managing investments in Michigan. He also took an interest in real estate development before joining Rand Partners in 2019. Mike is currently an associate that is responsible for underwriting deals, investor relations, and asset management.

Jake Stenziano

Co-Founder Jake&Gino

Jake Stenziano, MBA spent 10 years performing various roles in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry before actively pursuing multifamily investments in 2010. Since then, he has acquired over 1600 multifamily units with his partners, totaling $225,000,000 in assets under management. Jake also enjoys running the day-to-day operations of Rand Property Management LLC. Jake has worked with brokers, sellers, title insurers, appraisers, engineers, architects, property management software companies, attorneys, lenders, equity partners, insurance companies, leasing, and property management teams; negotiated terms for new leases, renewals, and RUBS; ensured compliance and tenant billing; and hired employees in property management. He also has extensive experience with and acquisition analysis and due diligence. He is also the host of the number one multifamily podcast on iTunes and has a best-selling book on multifamily investing. Jake and his family reside in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Marco Barbaro

Marketing, Investor, & Acquisition Source

In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York.

In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino and on his own on over 2,800 units, and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.

Marco exited the rat race on August 1st 2019, and joined the Jake & Gino team full time to help coach students and raise capital for Sharpline Equity.  He has also started a successful Mastermind and Mentors over 110 Students.

Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed.  He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.
